New: our covers are now available with either:
- groove for radial ORing (our standard);
- lip for axial ORing (same as in the original RG engine);
- double seal, radial _AND_ axial ORings for maximum safety.
These are three different machining routines with different costs but as a promotional offer, the price has been set the same for all variants: you choose the one you like, you pay the same.
Each of the three solutions has its pros and cons, which should be obvious for those already experienced (there is no perfect solution); as soon as possible, we will publish a technical deep dive and make the new product orderable online. Till then, for orders or information, you can write us.

New 2024 Production: Stock RG500 Inner Valve Seats

Interchangeable replacement for stock RG inner valve seats part number

This is NOT our 116 mm version, it does NOT require our outer covers
to be installed and it DOES have the outer groove for the ORing in same size
as the original part. It is an easy swap (bolt on, interchangeable)
replacement for the original part and CAN be used in conjunction
with the original valve covers.

Wide availability of the base version ("white flat", i.e. without
oil grooves or treatment) that precisely reproduces all the features
of the original, but is better for tolerances, parallelism, and overall quality.
We also have versions with oil grooves and/or treatment, in all combinations,
and still fully interchangeable with the original.
