Outer Valve Cover, RG500, 116 mm, LH

Outer rotary valve cover for the RG 500 in left side version. Here you find the right side version. New model further improved in machining and finish.

• It can be used with both stock 112 mm rotary discs and oversize 116 mm discs or any size in between.
• Different sealing method (improved) with the ORing in a groove machined on the cover outside (instead of being placed in front like in the original) that's better for both sealing itself and the capability of adjusting the valve clearance (absent in the original product).
• Special reduced section ORing (our product part number OR137018) to maximize the room available for the intake port (this is useful to those who wish to modify the intake) (included in the cover price if in NBR version).
• Installation system with a centering bolt (optional) for locating the cover in a precise and repeatable way (useful to those who wish to blend the intake port with the crankcase).
• CNC made intake port having a quality definitely better than the original spare part.
