The natural person who uses the products or services of the Controller is named User in the following.

The personal data that are collected are those provided by the same User through any means, paper, verbal or electronic, for example by
placing an order, signing a contract or registering on the website of the Controller.
4. Nature of the collected data.
The personal data that is collected are those strictly necessary for order management, which may vary depending on the case and which
typically include contact details and billing data.
5. Purpose of the treatment.
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
1. pre-sales assistance;
2. formulation of economic offers;
3. invoicing and any other fulfillment required by law;
4. shipment of the purchased products;
5. after-sales assistance;
6. technical and commercial information.
Furthermore, to guarantee the efficiency of the service, contact details such as email address could be used occasionally to perform technical
and verification tests.
The processing of the User's personal data takes place through manual, computerized and telematic tools using methods which are strictly
related to the purposes outlined above and, in any case, aiming to guarantee adequate security and confidentiality to the data.
7. Optional provision of data.
The provision of data is optional but in the absence of certain data it will not be possible to carry out certain activities referred to in paragraph 5
above (Purpose of data processing).

Exclusively for the purposes set out in paragraph 5 (Purpose of data processing), certain third-party companies providing services for the
shipment of purchased goods (couriers), accounting and legal services, web-hosting, financial services (banks, Paypal), and the
competent figures and authorities where required by law may process certain personal data.
9. User Rights.
The User has the right to:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him;
- obtain the communication of such data in an intelligible form;
- obtain the update or cancellation of such data, with exceptions;
- obtain the attestation that these operations have been carried out;
- oppose the use of data for promotional purposes.
Exceptions to the right to delete data include:
- billing information, which must be kept by law;
- the case in which the data are requested by figures and competent authorities where required by law as in the case of legal
disputes;
- the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
